1. The service

IdeaXApp is a free tool that helps you generate, preview, publish and remix concept prototypes of apps using Google's Gemini models. Generation happens in your browser with an API key you provide. We host the website, the gallery and the published prototypes.

2. Your API key

You are responsible for your Gemini API key, for keeping it private, and for any usage or charges Google applies to it. Your use of the Gemini API is governed by Google's terms. We never receive your key.

3. Prototypes are concept demos

Generated prototypes are demonstrations, not real services or products. They must not be presented as real companies or used to collect real credentials, payments or personal data. Do not rely on them for medical, legal, financial or safety decisions.

4. What you may publish

You may publish a prototype only if you have the right to share its idea and content. You must not publish content that is illegal, infringing, hateful, harassing, sexually explicit, deceptive (including pages imitating real services), malicious, targeting private individuals, or spam. We may remove any content and block abusive use at our discretion, with or without notice.

5. Licence on published prototypes (CC0)

When you publish a prototype you dedicate it — the HTML, title, description and idea text — to the public domain under CC0 1.0, so that anyone, including us and other visitors, can use, copy, modify, remix and share it for any purpose without attribution. This is what makes remixing possible. Deleting a prototype removes it from the site but cannot revoke copies others already made. Unpublished prototypes remain yours.

6. Comments and reactions

Keep comments constructive and on-topic. We may remove comments that break these terms.

7. Moderation and indexing

We review reported content and may hide, unlist or delete prototypes and comments. We decide which pages are submitted to search engines; publishing does not guarantee indexing.

8. No warranty

The service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. Generated output may be wrong, incomplete or inappropriate; you use it at your own risk. To the fullest extent permitted by law we are not liable for any loss arising from use of the service or of anything generated or published through it.

9. Changes

We may change these terms or the service at any time. Continued use after a change means you accept the new terms.
